Requirements:

1.  Reserve at least 1 week in advance.

2.  $250 Security/Reservation Deposit.

3.  Tow Rating of at least 2000 lbs.

4.  Class II or III Hitch with 2” ball.

5.  Wiring plug on Tow Vehicle.

6.  Renter is responsible for damage.

7.  Camper must be returned clean.

8.  A good driving record is required.

INSURANCE & IDENTIFICATION

Proof that the tow vehicle is insured and Valid NYS Photo Drivers License is required, and will be photocopied.  Your DMV records will be checked.

APPLICATION:

Must be completed and signed by the responsible party.  We do reserve the right to decline a rental application for any reason, however, we do not discriminate based on  race, religion, sex.  All rentals subject to insurance company approval.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE WAIVER:

Reduces customer’s responsibility for accidental damage of Rental Vehicle to $500.00.  Otherwise, customer is responsible for the full retail value of the Rental Vehicle.  $50.00

SECURITY/CLEANING DEPOSIT:

Required at time of reservation.  Deposit is NONREFUNDABLE on Holiday Rentals & within 30 days of rental start date.  Deposit is refunded upon rental return with no damage.  $250.00
